The activity of Groupe Frayssinet is organised around 12 processes. Everyone of us is under the supervision of one « process pilot » who is in charge of looking over his process in terms of achievement of the set objectives ( quality indicators ) and of the optimal use of allocated means. He permanently fosters a dynamics of continuous improvement.

Traceability

Our Computerized Integrated Management System allows a total traceability of our production. The launching of each production generates a batch number easily identified by the users. Each product is labelled with its batch identification (equivalent to its Order of Fabrication number, OF ). The label bearing the inscription OF is applied on the stretch film around the pallet. The bag also got its batch number : an inkjet mark sprayed on one of its sides, as can be seen on the photo below. Any complaint must be sent to our headquarters with this number.
