EC N°834/2007 Regulation for organic production

Most of our organic fertilizers are labelled “approved for use in organic agriculture”. Our manufacturing processes, methods and raw materials in use are in compliance with the AFNOR national standards, the EC N° 834/2007 European Regulation and supervised by the General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control.

ECOCERT accreditation

Ecocert is a control and certification organisation whose activities are governed by French Public Authorities and legislation. Ecocert is accredited by the Institut National de l'Origine et de la Qualité INAO (National Institute for the assurance of food quality and controlled place names). In terms of structure and procedure, Ecocert is accredited by COFRAC – Comité Français d'Accréditation – French Body of Accreditation - which requires independence, skilfulness and unbiasedness/impartiality.

The major part of Groupe Frayssinet's products are labelled " approved for use in Organic Agriculture" and have been controlled and certified by accredited certification body. They are for use in Organic Agriculture in compliance with Appendix II A of the EC N°837/2007 regulation dated 28 June 2007. They can be found in the ECOCERT accredited products website list.

Just one certified root growth stimulator
The Marketing Authorization (Autorisation de Mise sur le Marché – AMM) granted by the Ministry of Agriculture certifies the effectiveness, harmlessness, safety and stability of OSYR, the active material of natural origin. AMM guarantees 40% OSYR rate in marketed special products. The accreditation in section (root growth stimulator) gives precise information on the improvement of root systems (weight,volume, number of roots) of cultivated plants. AMM N° 103000
